Delivery & Returns

Delivery

  • Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. VAT at the standard current rate will be add to all invoices. 
  • Orders of £60 (ex VAT) or more delivery is FREE. Orders of less than £60 (ex VAT) we make a delivery charge of £7.50 + VAT.
  • We aim to deliver all orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. 

Returns

  • Claims for errors, damages and shortages must be made within 3 working days of delivery.
  • Goods will not be accepted for credit or refund without prior authorisation (please call us on 0330 1330 181 or email admin@clinicline.co.uk. We will then issue a returns number and send, via email, a printable Returns Advice Form in PDF format (printable document).
  • Returned goods must be accompanied with this form and include the Account Number (if applicable), invoice number and full details of the reason for return.
  • When returning an items(s) we strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage and have the parcel fully insured.
  • Clinic Line Limited will not be liable for the item until it has been received back into stock in the original packaging and in a fully re-saleable condition.
  • All returns must be suitably packaged: items with shipping labels on the original packaging will not be credited or refunded. As soon as we receive any returned items, (in fully re-saleable condition) an immediate credit or refund will be issued.
  • For reasons of hygiene and safety (where applicable) once the packaging has been opened we are unable to refund them, unless they are faulty or damaged
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met.
