TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prices

Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. VAT at the standard current rate of 20% will be add to all invoices.

Retention of Title
It is the condition of sale that legal ownership of all goods does not pass from Clinic Line Ltd until:

The Buyer (purchaser of goods) has paid the Price and VAT in full and No other sums whatever are due to the Company (Clinic Line Ltd).
Until property in the goods passes to the Buyer, the Buyer shall:

Hold the Goods on a fiduciary basis as Bailee for the Company (Clinic Line Ltd)
Insure and keep insured the Goods to the price against all risks to the reasonable satisfaction of the Company (Clinic Line Ltd)
Clearly identify them as the Company's (Clinic Line Ltd) property.

Payment - Trade Credit Accounts

Trade Credit Account facilities are set up solely at the Company's (Clinic Line Ltd) discretion on receipt of satisfactory trade and credit references.

Unless terms are agreed otherwise all sums will become due, strictly 30 days from date of invoice
Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at the rate of 2% per month accruing daily.

Copyright

The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the United Kingdom and other copyright laws, and is the property of Clinic Line Ltd.
The collective work includes works that are licensed to Clinic Line Ltd. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Clinic Line Ltd or purchasing Clinic Line Ltd products.

Errors and Omissions

In the event that a Clinic Line Ltd product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Clinic Line Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Clinic Line Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or trade account charged. If your credit card or trade account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Clinic Line Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card or trade account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Clinic Line Ltd without notice at any time, for any reason.
The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
